These may be on-going activities that need to be undertaken in order to provide an environment which is safe, usable and aesthetically pleasing at all times. They include general maintenance of grass, trees, shrubbery, paths etc. as well as many other elements of the landscaping. Grounds Maintenance occurs within a variety of different types of premises including corporate offices and schools; parks and residential developments. The aim of this activity is to maintain the quality and aesthetic appeal of the exterior environment whilst maintaining its safety and accessibility to users.
